This is one of my favorite dishes, so I think it’s only proper that it be my first post.  With as often as I make it, it seems we never tire of it. It’s quick enough to whip up on a weeknight, yet elegant enough to serve at a dinner party. You can use dry marsala wine, but if you do, omit the lemon.

I’ve made this twice now. Its a really great recipe…. My whole family loved it! I had to double the sauce part the 2nd time around. Everyone wanted more sauce 🙂 thank you so much!

Absolutely delicious! I made this for company and they loved it! I went with the double quantity of sauce as well. Just one question. Do you discard the bacon? I actually sprinkled it over green beans but I wasn’t sure if it was supposed to go back in the sauce. Thanks very much! ?
